Step1 – Identification

Interviews are conducted with key personnel within the recruiting organisation to gain an in-depth understanding of the business and its current challenges

The results of the interviews are determined and checked with the client

A requirements profile is determined, including key skills, experience, and personal qualities

The strategy for the continued search and recruitment process is determined in consultation with the client

Step 2 – Search

Targeted research and review of relevant industries and companies/organisations

E

Inventory of Carpenova’s own candidate pool through our quality-assured channels and databases

E

Contact is made with identified potential candidates to arrange an initial interview

E

The client receives weekly status reports during the process

Step 3 – Selection

E

Skills-based in-depth interviews are conducted with the relevant candidates

E

Personality analyses and possible skills tests complement the interviews

E

A short list of up to five of the most qualified candidates is presented

E

Detailed written candidate presentations are provided to the client

E

Interviews between the candidates and clients are planned and organised

E

References are obtained, along with any background checks

Step 4 – Onboarding

Carpenova provides support during the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition to the new company

E

In our structured follow-ups during the first year, we use tools that help both the new recruit and the recruiting manager to identify the motivational factors that hit the mark and enable the partnership to create synergies quickly.
