In 2008, Peter Ek founded Carpenova as a subsidiary of one of the largest listed companies in Sweden. Carpenova has always focused on offering assignment-based executive search within several different industries, with a focus on Life Science, Automotive, Real Estate, Building and Construction. In the first years, Carpenova was part of the parent company, but in 2013 it was decided that the company would become independent and continue operations on its own. Since then, we have continued to expand and develop our business, with a presence in Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Finland.

Carpenova is also part of the international network INRALS, which consists of recruitment agencies in more than 20 countries worldwide. The network gives us a global presence while we handle exciting international recruitment assignments for our colleagues within the network.
